Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications.

50th celebration weekend

We had an absolutely great time. We were a large group of 14 so we had all 3 units. It was the perfect set up for us. We honestly ran out of time to enjoy all the location had to offer - we didn't have a chance to use the kayaks or the putting green. It was the perfect beach weekend.

Has everything for a group

We picked this spot for a family vacation, 4 families flying from various places. I couldn't imagine a better place for us in that area. We used the pool a lot, rented a boat, fished and kayaked, and of course enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful beach!! We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Plenty of shops available in a short walk or golf cart ride. The house had enough plates and wares for entertaining. And we absolutely loved the common areas. It was a clean and comfortable stay. Memorable too, definitely recommend!

Great family retreat

We had a 75th birthday party for my mother, and brought a few families together. The space is ideal for giving different groups some autonomy, while keeping a shared overall experience. Especially great if the weather is cooperating - unfortunately rain kept us inside more than we would have liked. Great location too!

8-10 minute walk to everything! Beach is right there, all these cute restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. 35 minute drive to the airport. We had an amazing time and the property was so clean and great!

Great for groups!!

The property is fantastic for groups of friends and family with wonderful areas to hang. We all loved it. The pool courtyard is perfect for this!! The access to the beach and canals are also fantastic.

Thanksgiving week

Our family rented all 3 units for the week of Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT! It worked out great everyone having their own space but also being able to hang out in the common areas outside all together. Location could not be better with the lagoon, beach, and a block away from the shops and restaurants. We got to meet owners and they were super nice and helpful! Houses were very clean and had everything we needed. We’re already talking about coming back next year and all agreed this was our favorite place we’ve stayed at so far! 10/10!!!

Perfect Christmas week stay

We had two separate families and the accommodations worked out perfectly. Started the day with a perfectly shaded breakfast on the back porch. It was only a short walk to the beach from there. Late afternoons we would meet back around the pool and hot tub before heading out to dinner. A fun time was had by all.

Grand place to rent

We’ve been to Florida many times and non have compared to this property. Super clean, well decorated AND well equipped. And the quick walk to the beach was awesome!!!!!!! Cheryl was always quick to reply to anything I had questions with and access to the canal was such a plus!!!
