The dining area has glass doors that open to the large screened in lanai with a beautiful pool. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy.

The perfect cozy house

We loved Sue's place!The photos don't do justice to her place.It is very well equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen or for the grill outside (she had two grills: gas and charcoal—my husband loved the charcoal grill). The beds are comfy, everything was cleaned, and they smell good.For the small kids, she has a pack n' play & feeding chair; there's also an air mattress. For the kids (and us) the pool was a hit! Plus the Super Nintendo and all the board games she has there!Location is awesome! Groceries and restaurants were near and the beach was a short drive.Anyway, we had a great stay and we hope to stay there again another time.Thanks for everything!

The home inside was just like the pictures and very clean. We had everything we could want and more stocked than anywhere we have ever stayed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything in the house worked, it was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice but it was not screened anymore. You could tell the hurricanes took a toll on the outside but it should have been updated on the description. I would have not booked it otherwise. Even if the lanai had been screened in it would have been fine. The wasps were bad in the daytime and the mosquitoes were terrible at night. We missed doing a lot because of it. I would stay again if it was fixed.

Tyvärr stämde inte bilder och beskrivning av uteplatsen med screened in pool. Det var en viktig sak för oss så vi var mycket besvikna och åkte hem med många myggbett :( Ägaren gav oss kompensation men ändå en stor besvikelse. I övrigt så var huset jättefint och bra kommunikation med ägaren.

Very nice stay in a very comfortable house

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks in May and found it to be very clean. Everything, but really everything, that the housewife needed is available. The garden with the many birds is unique. There was an internet outage due to lightning. The owners took care of the damage immediately. We had a wonderful vacation in a good neighborhood. Many thanks to Kiu and Sue and their son.We would love to come back next year.

Relaxing time

The property is very well decorated. It had everything you would need. The pool was such a bonus. It was nice to get in at night and to cool off in the day. Also the covered patio was great to get out of the sun when you were not in the pool. We spent a lot of time outside.

Great place to stay!!!

I typically do not leave reviews, however we had a great experience with this vacation. My family has vacationed in Bradenton for the last 15 years (kids now, 10 and 7), but stayed at her grandmother's condo until she sold. We booked this property and it had everything we needed for both adults and kids, just as it did at her grandmother's place. Just contact them and they will let you know if they have it or not. Owners were very accommodating in several ways. Commination was excellent, early check in, and an added person the night before our departure. We highly recommend this property. Btw, we did the beach often (20min.), were close to great restaurants, visited local businesses and surrounding towns. We thank you for our stay!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit der Toilette, der Vermieter kam sofort vorbei. Die Lage war einwandfrei, man war schnell bei Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige, was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte wäre der Aussenbereich. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte man etwas aufhübschen, aber das ist mein persönliches Empfinden.
