Rooms are fine, but if you are expecting something like a regular hotel with service and all time reception, this is not for you! Phone of the place is blocked! Can be contacted only on WhatsApp, but how do I suppose to know that...? Amenities are minimal. Do not let the photos on the booking page to fool you; the only thing you can see from your balcony is very little of the sea. You will see mostly the parking below the building and the roof of the restaurant. The reason for this is very simple: the whole place is located ONLY on the first floor of a high building. They have only 8 rooms on one floor. The people who runs the place are very friendly, like most people in this lovely country. Breakfast is o.k Parking on site, that is great and nice direct access to the beach. No services like laundry. Overall, it is a fine place.

Tani, who runs the hotel is a great guy. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend. On the day we left, our bus to Kosovo wasn’t until 3pm and it was no problem leaving our bags behind the desk while we went to eat. I hadn’t realized I had left a good number of clean socks and underwear in the top draw, when I came back one of the women there had put them in a separate plastic bag for me and left it on top on my bag. Nice touch!

Overdelivery: Extremely spacy new fresh suites all in marble. Balcony with nice view of Corfu. 50 meter to a private Beach with Free sun chairs and a nice restaurant. Nice Staff,excellent cleaning. Good WiFi and AC. The breakfast is not big, but it fulfilled our needs .

このホテルは営業していないのに、前払いで１００％返金不可で宿泊料を支払わせます。夜8時ごろにチェックインしようとして、ホテルが真っ暗で営業していないので、他のホテルを探すのに困りました。ホテル経営者は反省もなく詐欺です。

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, Town centre only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Nice restuarant around the corner. Room Fantastic size. View from room and balcony brilliant. Breakfast was basic, Breakfast room lacked atmosphere, but we will definately be happy to stay here again.

Magnifica veacanza a Saranda presso Oceanic suites
Una delle vacanze più fortunate come alloggio, vitto, mare e servizi. Una camera con vera vista sul mare dal letto, grazie ad un'ampia vetrata che da su un ampio balcone con due letti VERI. Tano, il proprietario è all'altezza dell'alloggio: preciso, puntuale, accomodante. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione a Saranda, città incantevole e con un mare che non deve invidiare quello delle isole del pacifico.Non ultimo apprezzamento per i prezzi dalle circa 60 euro per una suite di lusso con prima colazione inclusa e caffè a volontà al costo risibile dei pranzi e delle cene, raramente al di sopra dei 15 euro. Ragazzi...meglio di così:):):)

Big clean room with ocean view. Great value. Only thing was some minor after-hours construction noise. Goes with this neighborhood and the country in general. I’d stay at Oceanic again. Convenient to walking to town and ferry terminal.

Buongiorno, Ho prenotato un hotel presso il vostro sito, precisamente in Albania a Saranda. All''Oceanic Overwiew Suites. Al nostro arrivo troviamo un hotel ancora in via di costruzione e senza un accesso bel visibile. Dopo aver chiesto aiuto al proprietario dell''hotel accanto riusciamo ad accedere alla hall. Qui troviamo un uomo e una giovane ragazza che ci fanno sedere in un divanetto accanto ad un ventilatore perché l''aria condizionata è assente. L''uomo inizia una serie di telefonate senza spiegarci cosa stia accadendo. Io un po stanco dal viaggio e spaventato chiedo quale sia il problema. L''uomo dice che non aspettava ci fosse anche mio figlio, che ha 20 mesi e che nell''albergo in questi sette giorni ci saranno dei lavori all''interno dell''Hotel e il bambino non riuscirà a dormire. Dopo 15 - 20 minuti si presenta un altro uomo,con forte odore di alcool, dice che si scusa per il problema e ci porta in un altro hotel. Viaggio in macchina senza protezioni per il bimbo e bagagliaio aperto. L''hotel non si trova a ridosso del mare come prenotato nell hotel sul sito e nessuna camera vista mare. Lui dice che applicherà lo stesso prezzo fornendo ombrellone e piscina che si trovano a 5 minuti a piedi. Decidiamo di dormire lì una notte visto che mio figlio è stravolto e anche io e mia moglie. La camera di questo hotel è anche nuova e confortevole ma non è quello che cercavamo. Oltretutto credo che l''hotel fosse ancora chiuso al pubblico... Aperto solo per l''occasione e ges

Beautiful new hotel with ocean view
New and Beautiful Hotel. Well decorated, large rooms, balcony with an ocean view and its own beach and restaurant. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Francesca who is manager was always smiling and willing to offer assistance and information. This place is a gem. Breakfast was ample and delicious; walking distance to center or promenade. Free parking and close to ferries to Corfu. We totally enjoyed it and can't say enough good things about the managers and staff. So happy we stayed there.

Room was excellent - fantastic view and exactly as photos depict. Spotless throughout with friendly staff. The breakfast is fresh, although it would be nice to be able to see the sea from the breakfast room. Highly recommend the Alban restaurant in front of the hotel too. Delicious food and very reasonable. Will definitely return, thank you for a great stay 😀

Room is large and seaview from the balcony. Despite the room is large, no sofa or chair which you could take a rest. Only 5 rooms on the ground floor, upper floors are still in construction, a bit odd.

We have traveled all around the world, and can happily say that this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are large, beds comfortable, views wonderful, food excellent, service superb. Tani, the owner of the hotel, is always on hand to help, give advice and chat with. Other highlights are Tyson the dog and the singing finches. The beach is one minute walk away with free lounge chairs and the hotel’s restaurant and cafe on the beach is surprisingly one of the best in the town. Check out Blue Eye spring and Ksamil beach and islands. Overall an outstanding experience.

The Suite we had was beautifully finished with high quality materials. The lay out was excellent with a large bed/sit, beautiful bathroom with very good shower - hot water ++ and a lovely twin bedded room for extra guests. The bed was very comfortable and we ate breakfast on our balcony overlooking Corfu.Properties in the area were undergoing building, but noise did not disturb our stay

Though unfinished, the property looked like the nicest apartment building in the vicinity. It was a couple of minutes drive from the port. Our two bedroom suite had full ocean view and was quite roomy. The suite had a small balcony and new, modern deco. It provided very decent breakfast. Steps down, there was a very nice beach bar-restaurant, Alban. We would soon pay a return visit and gladly stay at this hotel again.

Our suite was beautifully constructed with marble and high quality tiling throughout. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was cleaned daily to a very high standard. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we did'nt eat at the assocoiated restaurant it appeared well maintained and well stocked. We were delighted with our stay.

Staff was wonderful--everyone wanted to make my stay enjoyable. Room was large, spacious with roomy bath and lovely shower. But spectacular sea view marred by tree in front which cut off half of the view.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und mit Meerblick. Alles noch neu und sauber. Die Menschen waren unheimlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Bin wirklich gespannt wie alles wird wenn das Hotel im nächsten Jahr fertig gestellt ist. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen!!!

Nice new apartment hotel.
Nice and new apartment hotel. It should have been mentioned that only the first floor was in use, and construction work was ongoing. NOTICE wrong address on hotels.com! We spent much extra time to find the hotel. The staff were very friendly and flexible. Very nice restaurant nearby, The Alban. Very good breakfast. Overall, very good impression.

Hotell under bygging, men de rommene som er ferdige er kjempefine. Hyggelig betjening. God frokost. Gratis parkering på nattestengt område. Grei privat badestrand. Kort avstand til byens fine strandpromenade.

Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick
+ Sehr schönes Apartment mit großem Balkon samt Meerblick, sauber und modern eingerichtet, und zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Ideal für 4 Personen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Leider bläst die Belüftungsanlage auf dem Balkon manchmal warme Luft und zum Teil Friteussengeruch direkt in die Mitte der Terasse, weil sie unglücklich abgebracht ist.

EXCELLENT
Excellent séjour dans cette chambre neuve et très propre, fonctionnelle, etc. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel nous a accueilli en personne et a été charmant. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 min à pieds du port et à 10 du centre ville. La chambre a une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous reviendrons !

Centralt beläget hotell vid strand med havsutsikt.
Vi väntade oss ett hotellrum med havsutsikt och strand nedanför, 800 m från centrum; Hotellet / Lägenheten hade ingen namnskylt på utsidan mot gatan, när vi väl hittade dit efter att fått tag i ägaren på telefon,så var det som en byggarbetsplats i utkanten på sista strandremsan, 5 färdiga rum på första våningen av byggnaden, resten ett skal. Vi fick ett stort rum med extra sovrum och terass, utsikten var mot havet även om det var lite byggnader emellan. Det såg ut som en lägenhet i storlek, men hade inget kök eller dylikt. Toaletten var liten och trång i förhållande till resten av utrymmena. Högt pris för ett boende som detta.

Love this place
This place is fantastic & very clean. The girl who seems to run the place is a sweetheart. I like that it was a 10 minute walk from the main part of Saranda so it was quiet at night. The beach is nice & the restaurant on the beach was excellent.i also loved that there were drying racks for wet clothes on the balcony! If I go back to Saranda I will stay here again.

Over all forventning
Dette hotellet er en perle. Det er helt nytt og foreløpig er bare 5 rom ferdige. Men hvilke flotte rom det er. God plass, stort bad, balkong med flott sjøutsikt, gode senger og delikat og smakfull frokost. Paret som driver stedet og de andre som jobber der er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og du føler deg hjemme med en gang. En privat strand rett nedenfor og en super strandrestaurant på området (god og fersk mat, og servering på stranden hvis du ønsker det). Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste. 10 minutters gange til strandpromenaden, og litt unna «bråket» fra barer og utesteder. Hit vil vi reise tilbake :-)

...sind leider noch eine Baustelle
leider waren die Ocean View Suites bei unserer Ankunft nicht fertig, d.h. die Möbel wurden nicht geliefert. Wir erhielten umgehend viel Hilfe und Unterstützung, um eine andere Unterkunft zu finden und auch sofort die Preisdifferenz zurück. Die Ocean View Suites werden sicher sehr schön und ich würde sie jedermann empfehlen, aber vielleicht erst im Sommer 2019.

Nytt hotell med helt herlige hotelleiere:)
Kjempehyggelig lite hotell 15 min fra sentrum. Svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme eiere som gjorde alt for at oppholdet ditt skulle være bra. Flott rom som var helt nytt. Svært romslig veranda. Frokosten var meget varierende, men helt grei. Helt nytt hotell som det var bare 2 rom som var leid ut. Må påregne byggestøy under oppholdet, men ikke noe som var til sjenanse. Privat strand med strandsenger og parasoller. Badesko er et must!!!! Fin utsikt til Korfu og ferjetrafikk. Koselig liten by. Anbefales!

Genuine and welcoming with a great view
Over the whole stay, we where very well taken care of by the lovely owners of the hotel. Parts of the hotel is being renovated and we got an upgrade to a family suite. The breakfast varies every day, which we appreciated a lot. The view from the room is simply stunning and the beach literally 70 meters away. We highly recommend this hotel!
