« We had a comfortable and friendly stay at St Peter’s B&B. We were given a ground floor converted stable room which was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The ensuite shower was amazing. « A very pleasant stay. Mary was lovely, and so was the service in the restaurant. The meal lacked seasoning and sauce, and the fries were undercooked. The next morning at breakfast, the brown bread was missing. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the overall impression too much. »

Dommage que le nom de la maison ne soit pas écrit car les extérieurs n'indiquent pas qu'on est à la bonne adresse. « Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus. »

« Hotel was in a lovely setting right on the river.It did have bad reviews but dont take any notice of them .The room was spotless and well equipped and overlooked the river .We had dinner there and food was good the only slight issue is the menu which should have a few more normal dishes but apart from that it was good as was the breakfast served looking out at the river.Parking was no problem loads of room.We will be going back later this year. »

« We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire. »
