« Not only was the place absolutely gorgeous with the peacefulness of the water, it was just as listed. The place was vey spacious and clean, had everything we needed, internet was great, and the record player was a fun touch to our evening. The host was wonderful! Communication was great and they made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check in process and check out! Would definitely stay here again. »

« The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend. »

« We absolutely loved staying here! Such a nice, homey feel--from spacious bedrooms, glass door knobs, lovey wooden and glass front door, an airy side porch with a view of the gorgeous, gigantic tree out front. Even our small grandchildren were excited to stay here--the 4 yr old wanted to make sure we were coming back after our day's outing to spend another night! And Melissa was very kind and helpful answering all my questions! »

« This property is AMAZING!!! It is private but yet within a short drive to restaurants, shops, and beautiful outdoor waterfalls/rivers. It is very well furnished, well decorated, and the landscaping is beautiful. Such a peaceful and wonderful get away!!!! The owner was so gracious and helpful with booking/check in and any questions. « The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. Everything we needed was supplied. Specifics were labled. Plenty of room. Friendly animals. Will definitely try...

« The property is great and so cute! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It is a hike to get up there and the road is small, so make sure you are in a car good for that. We loved it and plan to stay there again. »

« Our stay was Sept 12-14, the apt is cute as can be! So many unique, fun touches! Easy to fin, easy parking, great location with many walkable restaurants. Comfy bed, everything needed is easy to find. Thanks for a great stay, we would stay there again!! »

« This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again. »

« My wife and I absolutely loved this yurt! We intended to spend a few days in the Brevard/Pisgah area and saw this available for a long weekend. It looked nice enough so we booked, and when we arrived it honestly exceeded our expectations. Very cozy, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen/bathroom was very well done. Loved the cedar interior and the deck firepit was great on the colder nights.We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a cozy stay in the woods, peaceful and...
