Very disappointed
I got there and was told by the person who owns the property that it wasnât available for renting, so I had no where to stay and had to pay for a hotel room for me and friends, even though I had already paid for this property through Vrbo. Then each time I contacted Vrbo I was on hold for at least an hour and a half before being allowed to speak to someone that could âhelpâ me. After 2 days of called I was told to pick from a few different locations and I would be put in a new location, 24 hours later I get an email saying Vrbo canât put me in a new location, Iâll have to find one on my own, so thatâs 3 days of paying for hotel rooms for me and my friends. The email also said all I can do is start the refund process, but how did that help me find a place to stay? I was extremely disappointed in this whole process
