On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, which also leads to the kitchen, equipped with induction hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are three bedrooms with double bed, AC, heating and access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.
