Hotels in de buurt van Santana (Santana)

'prijs-kwaliteit heel correct.

'We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updating. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so the room was quite warm at times. On the positive side, our room had good sound insulation, The pool is on the smaller side, and the hotel parking is limited to around 10 cars. If there is no space available, you may need to look for parking across the road. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The selection was fairly basic, so we would...

'Room was wayyyyy too hot (30+ degrees inside) and no way to really cool. Outside was loud and the walls did not block noise at all. The hotel did not offer anything like earplugs or something. Breakfast was of low quality. Only good point is the relative late check out of 12;00.'

Nette ruime kamer, snelle Wifi. Gevarieerd ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Airco was wel luidruchtig.'

'Mooi verblijf, schoon, kamer ruim genoeg. Ontbijt prima!

'It was horrible. They claim to have a 24/7 reception but when we arrived in the night, there was no one there. It took 17 minutes of calling numbers before the owner picked up the phone. It took another 20 minutes before he called us back to give us a code to enter the building (which hadn’t been send before at expedia). The rooms were old, stain on the bed. But we were glad that we had a place to stay for the night.'

'Schoon hotel. Leuk personeel. Goed ontbijt. '

'It was a very nice appartment, large with airco and a small balcony. Very close to the center of Funchal but quiet. There was a parking garage under the building you have to reserve upfront. Nice staff as well.'

'We booked a deluxe room, and we got a normal room. The staff was aware of the mistake, but refused to refund the difference. They said I had to address the management. The management finally did not do anything. And that happened at that place two times!'

'The location of this property provides for an exclusive vibe. It is a bit of a difficult and scary ride up the hilly roads, but the location itself was gorgeous and truly a comfortable and peaceful stay. The indoor pool is quite large and was a highlight for us. The restaurant was also really good and we enjoyed our meals here. Our room was a little smaller than expected but well setup and comfortable. Nothing to complain about during a charming and peaceful stay !'

'Schoon en op een mooie locatie '

'The hotel is central located near bars and clubs. Small supermarkets are also nearby. Clean room and good housekeeping. The breakfast was chaotic, no glasses, plates or cups because they still has to wash them. No basic breakfast or solution was given for people who had to leave early. We also had dinner at the hotel. The warm food, especially the meat and fish, was terribly dry and overcoocked. We only took the 'fresh' salades. Small scrimps hidden is salades without mentioning it on the...
