Expedia did not disclose the extra charges associated with the hotel at time of checkout. 2 night stays with $115 extra expense for parking and a Destination Fee (for access to the hotels gym, pool, lobby, water, and morning coffee. If your going to offer a price for service please make sure the price doesn’t increase for common services associated with a hotel. Ridiculous!

All it takes is one rude staff to ruin a what should have been a good review. Check-in staff was great, valet was excellent, breakfast staff was cheerful but the check-out staff….shame on you hyatt for hiring rude staff.

The rooms were quite and the staff was excellent. Because there were multiple events happening on the property, parking was a bit tough but we were still able to park.

and convenient for us. I did have a problem with the HVAC though. Our room was very cold and the temp was 64 F. Oh and I was chilly in bed and I could have used an extra blanket which I would see in some hotels.

The property was mostly clean and the staff was pleasant, but the pool was dirty and the pool area was littered with cigarette butts on the floor from people smoking there the night before. Checking in at the reception took too long. The breakfast was an insult, a humiliating experience considering how much The Hyatt have charged and how terrible displaying little respect for their clients. The choices were limited to mostly unhealthy, greasy, salty items that you would find, and try to avoid, at a cheap motel with very limited healthy choices. Every breakfast restaurant within 2-3 short blocks from the hotel offered much better quality food, including a wider variety of many healthy choices, in a much nicer environment including much better service, longer hours for half the charges. Eating breakfast at The Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country was a terrible way to start the day and very puzzling how poorly the management at the Hyatt manages their property and at what low standard they hold their hotel.

The customer service was by far the worst I have encountered. The interactions lack disclosure of information, amenities and disregard for respect as well as lack of responsibility. I’m yet to write a detailed description of the experience which I have been unable to do to heading straight to work after arriving home.

Our stay was wonderful! We utilized the pool, jacuzzi and hotel bar. We opted in for the breakfast buffet however it was absolutely a terrible choice. The options were extremely minimal, the quiche that was provided was not good at all and there were no other egg options nor meat options. The restaurant’s menu offered a lot more so next time we will just order from that.

Housekeeping comes every 4 days on a longer stay. However, they did not come to our room. We had to call to get more towels at 10pm after we came back to our room. We needed toilet paper and kleenex, I called in the morning and they said it would be 8:30 before we could get some. They did take a destination fee off of our room for 1 day. I was under the impression it was for our whole stay. We will never book through expedia again. too many fees. As we were charged daily for this and also a parking fee.

There were some stuff on the floor when we arrived at the room. Shower did not work well. Housekeeping was never offered for 3nights/4days even though I requested it 2 times. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Hotel restaurant (Railroad cafe) used to have a modest, but nice breakfast menu. Buffet was gross. I wish they would go back to what they had before. If it remains the same it will definitely influence my booking decisions.

My sister and I stayed for two nights. We took a 10 minute Uber into Sebastopol for an event. We had a great ex and will definitely stay again. We also enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, it was perfect!
