« This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back. »

« Property was cozy and clean. My wife and two young kids loved it.The description of beach proximity is no exaggeration. We've never stayed so close to the beach before; it was amazing to be able to walk just a couple minutes and be at the beach. »

« The house has just been completed and is beautiful. It is two walking blocks off the beach so it is very east to get to. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and host maybe 20 people. There is a great kids room upstairs that has 6 king beds! The kids loved it! The overall layout was great as bedrooms are all upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors, all of which have their own bathrooms. There are 2 washing machines, dryers and dish washers. The host is super responsive and very easy...

« Unit is directly on the beach. However you have to walk thru one of the guest bedrooms to gain access or walk around the complex. It was a little weird to walk in and out of someone’s bedroom. The only other negative was there was no storage anywhere. No closets or a pantry. However we had a good time for a 3 generation vacation. »

« Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.) »

« The place was great, spacious, a few steps to the pool and hot tub. About a block walk to the private beach access. Great place. »
