This house has some very nice features, the best of which is the direct access from the home to a private beach where beach chairs and umbrellas are set up and reserved for you each morning. The pool is small but was clean and adequate for our 5 grandchildren (ages 3-13). The house has 3 king suites and one queen suite which is very nice, and one of the king suites has a small room attached with a set of bunk beds, great for families with young kids. The kitchen is nicely appointed with top-range appliances, two ovens, two wine fridges. Those are the "good." Now for the "not so good." One of the chimney caps was off--no idea for how long--but long enough for a family of birds to make a home. The birds were very "chatty," and there was bird poop in the fireplace. One morning we awoke to find a live bird in the living room. Not cool. We found at least one or two live cockroaches in and around the kitchen every day. Again, not cool. Upon our arrival, the living room television and light were not working and a circuit needed to be replaced. The management company was EXTREMELY helpful and prompt, and they fixed the circuit, but they were unable to remedy the situation with the cockroaches (they have it sprayed quarterly and apparently were overdue) or the birds.
