The king bedroom includes balcony access and a private bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and easy access to the updated hallway bath with tub/shower combination. Need to sleep more? The sofa pulls out to a queen bed.

    All of your entertainment needs are covered. There's cable TV with TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room features a Blu-Ray player and both bedrooms have DVD players. We loved this condo! Having a balcony from the main bedroom was wonderful - listening to the waves is a great way to sleep! There was great communication from the hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Great spot for a relaxing family trip

We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.

Beautiful view and location.

904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.

The condo was spacious, had all the essentials and the master bed was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed at how active the on-site staff was. There was never a rush to reserve them and they were spaced apart very well. This place is a great spot and we will be back.

Easy access to beach, and eat check-in/out.

My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback I’d give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. None of these would cause us to not stay again but I think they are worth mentioning.

While the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated, the living room could use some sprucing up. Furniture stained and paint peeling. Toilet paper holder rusted. Balcony furniture left a lot to be desired. Still a good deal for the price.

Not a lot to complain about. A great place for off season visit. I think it could get crowded on beach in the summer.

Great view of beach from 9th floor. Super access to beach where they set up 2 chairs and an umbrella for 2 people. You can rent additional chairs if needed. AC worked great. Unit has minimal towels, garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc. We like to cook so be advised no small items either like salt and pepper or coffee. Nice to know before you get there if you’re buying groceries on the way. We would definitely stay again.

This time, the 2nd bedroom was unaccountably damp. The floor was actually wet at times with the fan on & the outside doors closed. Not a leak, just extreme humidity. Odd. We didn't need the space, but if we had had someone who wanted to sleep there it would have been a problem. We didn't report it and should have. An excellent unit otherwise, and Benchmark is an excellent co. Its people care and offer help cheerfully. Location is great. We'll continue to use them, but this time there was an unusual situation.

Reviewer Comments: The location was good and the communication with the property manager was good. However the condo was very dirty. The rugs where dirty, there was hair in the bed sheets, frond of the refrigerator was dirty, and the couches were disgusting. I ended up buying laundry detergent and washing the rugs and bedding myself. They only provide one roll of toilet paper too per bathroom. For a week with four people that is not enough. So if you stay here bring an extra roll with you. Oh and there was mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling. They did come and clean it after we complained.
