This wonderful, spacious condominium has a well-stocked, updated kitchen. The comfortable common areas have a large flat screen TV, dining area that seats 8. The spacious bedrooms offer sleeping for 8, each with TVs., In the Master there is a king sized bed, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two double beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 2-1/2 bathrooms have been recently updated and the unit has washer and dryer. The large balcony overlooks one of the two pools. It also provides a [distant] ocean view to enjoy while sipping your morning coffee on the swing. This condo is located at the back of the complex away from the noise and bustle of 30A making it quiet and easy to relax, but it is still only a very short walk to the clear blue water and white sand beach with three nearby public access points, one with parking, bathrooms and ramped access.

Beachwood Villas are directly across 30A from the beach. This family friendly complex has just undergone an exterior renovation with new color pallet (new pics to be posted soon) and new windows and doors. The complex is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, so it would be hard to imagine a better location. With beautiful gardens, 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally, March and April), plenty of parking, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole and community grills. Beachwood Villas is a great location for family gatherings with multiple units available and a community room for large gatherings. There are local shops, great restaurants and a fresh fish market within walking distance or use a bike and take advantage of the pathway that runs the length of 30A. You can park your car upon arrival and leave it until departure. There is also a convenience store next door for all those things you forgot.

If you are running out of room in your car there are beach towels, several chairs, and beach toys available for your use.

We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies but if you are staying for the week you will need to bring extra or there is a Publix just around the corner.
