One of the worst customer service we ever had! We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm and check in was at 4 pm. the process was done by 3:38 pm but they wouldnt give us the room until 4 pm.. they said no after us asking nicely since we had a wedding to attend at 4:30 pm and we had to get ready . We had to wait until 4 pm because THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM READY when check out is at 12 pm..Mediocre service!
On another note the road to the hotel was terrible, all of the hotels in that street are owned by the same owner therefore they have no intentions to fix this.
Breakfast is a scam, they have a transportation to another building to have breakfast, which this is not mentioned in the website. What kind of "hotel" is this??? and the reviews mention iits exceptional with a rating of 9.4l!!! what a scam!! dont believe this trap
Simplemente espectacular, desde el momento que llegamos hasta nuestra salida. Lo Ășnico que le hace falta a ese ParaĂso es un restaurante en Irotama Reservado.
La propiedad en sĂ es excelente pero en la publicaciĂłn dicen que te entregarĂĄn una suite junior y ponen la foto de un jacuzzi en la descripciĂłn y luego llegas y te entregan una habitaciĂłn deluxe pero sin jacuzzi y sin zona de estar. Hablamos con la recepciĂłn y culparon a Orbitz, hablamos con Orbitz y dijeron que las fotos solo para referencia. No estamos de acuerdo debido a que son las fotos en la descripciĂłn de la habitaciĂłn y no las fotos generales, mi habitaciĂłn era diferente a la de las fotos.
