Cas Serri in Son Serra de Marina is just 300 meters from the sea, in one of the quietest areas of northern Mallorca. This family home features a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large porch, and a pool. Wi-Fi is available.

It is a typical Mallorcan villa, with shutters to keep the house cool during the day, surrounded by a garden featuring a pool with a terrace and lawns. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. Three bedrooms have double beds (one with an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub), and one bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (ideal for children); there are two additional bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The porch features a large wooden table and a seating area with Mallorcan-style rocking chairs. You can park your car in the house’s garage.

For those who love walking along the beach, it’s a wonderful spot—whether heading toward Ca’n Picafort or Colonia de Sant Pere—with stunning, unspoiled beaches and marked trails in both directions. For quick shopping, there are two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants. At the end of the development, near Sa Canova Beach, you’ll find the restaurants EL SOL (with live entertainment) and EL LAGO. The nearest towns are Can Picafort, where you’ll find entertainment and shopping areas, and Artá, which is known for its beautiful historic center and weekly market on Tuesdays.
