This modern, stylish holiday villa in a prime beach location has 186sqm and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open, inviting living and dining area with high ceilings and numerous large windows that create a light-filled and friendly atmosphere. The cozy sofas invite you to linger. Modern smart TVs (Internet and satellite) and a music system that leaves nothing to be desired ensure perfect entertainment.
At the large dining table, the entire family can find a place to dine or have fun with the existing board games. The modern kitchen of the villa is well and well equipped. Even baking utensils, garlic press, bottle opener, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, baking dishes, cookbooks etc. were thought of. Children's crockery and cutlery and a high chair are of course also available. The kitchen counter invites you to an extensive breakfast as well as to nightly kitchen conversations with friends over a glass or two of Spanish wine. From the kitchen you can also access the beautiful terrace with another breakfast table.
A well-equipped utility room connects to the kitchen (vacuum cleaner, wiper etc. all available), in which you can wash your holiday outfits free of charge, dry them in the dryer or iron them.
Also on the ground floor is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious and well-arranged built-in closet, as well as a modern tiled bathroom with shower.
The stairs lead to the gallery on the upper floor with a view of the living and dining area. On the upper floor you can find a restful night's sleep either in the lovingly furnished bedroom with two single beds and sea view or in the spacious double bedroom with smart TV. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with a good layout and plenty of hangers.
You can refresh yourself in the modern shower bathroom with toilet and bidet. Blow dryers, shower rugs, soap and basic toilet paper are available in both bathrooms. You can already enjoy the wonderful view of the sea while brushing your teeth at the open window.
A beautiful balcony offers you the opportunity to retreat and relax and read a book in the sun on the comfortable lounge furniture.
If you prefer to sunbathe, there are comfortable sun loungers on the sun terrace. On the other hand, you can find a shady spot in the covered lounge area or in the lounge chairs and the table on the side terrace to the kitchen. In addition, a large awning providing shade can be extended over the dining table if required. The balcony also has a practical and stylish sun shade.
The lovingly designed garden and the beautiful surrounding terrace with various seating areas invite you to linger long into the night after a dinner or barbecue with friends and family.
Due to the high ceilings and the very good insulation of the villa, it is very pleasant in summer and not too warm in the house. The existing air conditioning systems also ensure cooling. On the other hand, the newly installed infrared radiators and the air conditioners with heating function, which are state of the art, ensure cozy warmth in winter. A great small supermarket is within walking distance, where you can get everything you need for meals, drugstore items and delicious fresh pastries for breakfast or for the afternoon coffee break all year round. Gourmets will also find some delicacies and fresh fish for the barbecue there.
It is only about 400m to the turquoise blue sea. The nearest beach section is only approx. 500 m away. Enjoy yourself in the stylish and modern BEACH & OCEAN villa and enjoy the beautiful pristine and long beaches and the wonderfully clear sea in the unique Son Serra de Marina.

The Villa BEACH & OCEAN has been freshly renovated and completely refurbished, so that you can look forward to a relaxed, comfortable holiday in a beautiful ambience. We have prepared our holiday home with love and equipped it with great attention to detail. Just like we like to spend the vacation in the villa ourselves. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided.
So that the little guests feel particularly comfortable with us, in addition to the basic children's equipment, there is a selection of games, Lego Duplo, Schleich animals, CDs and books for your children.
Board games and books of various genres for adults were also considered.
If you want to use the air conditioning and heating systems, you will be charged an extra 0.31 cents per 1 kWh (at cost price) for reasons of sustainability.

You can walk for miles northwards from the Platja de sa Canova to Colonia de Sant Pere along the beach to then fortify yourself on the beautiful promenade in one of the cozy restaurants by the sea. In the opposite direction along the beautiful Son Real beach you can go west towards Son Bauló to Can Picafort.
Many areas in Son Serra de Marina are designated as nature reserves and the landscape is particularly valuable. There are great restaurants and bars on the beach with live music events, three well-stocked supermarkets, and a pharmacy. One of the supermarkets is only a few meters away on foot and offers delicious fresh bread for breakfast as well as homemade cakes. The supermarkets and pharmacy are open all year round, as is the fantastic "El Sol" beach restaurant and other restaurants.

It is not far to Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Arta, Pollenca, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. The traditional weekly markets in the artists' village of Arta, which is only 15 minutes away, and in Sineu are particularly recommended.
It takes about 55 minutes by car to the airport in Palma. Son Serra de Marina is very well connected and easy to reach. The property itself is also easy to find.
It is recommended to come with a rental car to be flexible. There is also a bus stop in the street, which is only approx. 200 m away and from which you can also get to Palma, Can Picafort and Artà or from Palma Airport to Son Serra de Marina. Taxis can be called from Can Picafort. A transfer from or to the airport can be arranged on request.
