Welcome to this luxurious 3-bedroom 3-bath condo located in the El Corazon de Santa Fe compound in downtown Santa Fe, just 3 blocks from the Plaza and everything that the historic core of Santa Fe has to offer. The Georgia O’Keefe museum is just two blocks away and many of the city’s best museums and restaurants are just a short walk. It is a 7-minute drive to the Santa Fe Opera center and a 20-minute drive to the ski area.

On the ground floor is the living room with 2 large leather sofas and comfortable side chair and southwest design area rug. There is a gas log fireplace, high wood ceilings with log vigas, and a 55 inch HD TV over the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has a dining table that comfortably seats six and also has a southwest design area rug. One of the bedrooms is on this floor with a queen size bed and its own bathroom that can also be accessed from the living area. Both the bedroom and the living area have french doors opening onto the private patio with a wicker table that comfortably seats six and an outdoor gas log fireplace.

The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would want: a six-burner jenn-air range, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, filtered drinking water, and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your visit. There is also a generously sized breakfast area with a bay window and a table that seats six.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The large master has a king size bed, a balcony with seating for two people, and a gas log kiva fireplace. The master bath has a large shower, separate jetted tub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with tiled shower and single sink. The washer/dryer are in the upstairs hall closet.

Each bathroom is equipped with soaps, a hair dryer, vanity mirror, and robes.

There are beautiful wood floors throughout the condo except for the second upstairs bedroom, which has new carpeting, and the bathrooms, which are tiled. There is generous recessed lighting throughout. A portable baby crib is also available.

As a guest, you have full access to the compound’s gym (open 9:00-5:00 every day) and clubhouse. The compound has gated access and private, secure underground parking with two spaces reserved for your use with this condo. An elevator takes you from the parking up to the ground floor entrance to the condo.
