In Binisafùa, a village on the south coast of Menorca, the holiday home Casa N°1 (Letra S) can accommodate 4 people. It is situated on the north side of the Complejo Binisafua residential complex with 10 units, which have private patios as well as a common outdoor area. The holiday home Casa N°1 (Letra S) offers its guests a cosy living/dining room with high ceilings and dark wooden roof beams, a very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be pushed together to a double bed, as well as one bathroom with shower. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and TV.

There is a baby cot available free of charge and a high chair available for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee. Outside there is a private, furnished terrace with a barbecue, which you can access directly from your living room. Here you can prepare fresh meals and round off mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The shared outdoor area features a large lawn for sunbathing and a pool for refreshments on hot summer days. There is also a children's pool available for young guests. The beautiful, sandy beach Playa Binisafúller, with its turquoise blue water, is only 100 m away from the accommodation and 2 restaurants can be reached after 200 m or a 3-minute walk. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, located in Binisafuller, are 2 km or a 5-minute drive away.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
