Large and sunny house, close to San Antonio bay, completely fenced, ideal for families with children. I'ts located in the field in a quiet area, very calm, near to the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza (Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala d'Hort), perfect for relaxing.
It is located in a plot of 4000m2, in a wooded area. The house has swimming pool, barbecue, a great patio, private parking,. It also has a little "farm" with ducks (3 ducks)

Dependencies: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, terrace, summer dining.
Important: The owner live in a separate house, close and take care of the garden, pool, etc.

Geweldig vakantiehuis

Naar onze mening erg goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding woning. Goede ontvangst van eigenaresse en heel veel privacy. Leuke grote tuin met wat diertjes. Minder vonden wij dat er te weinig handdoeken waren.

Prachtige villa voor een fantastische vakantie

Grote mooie en schone villa. De eigenaresse Antonia was ook erg aardig en behulpzaam. Toen we incheckten stond er water en fruit klaar in de koelkast. Mooie omgeving , lekker dicht bij alle stranden. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Heerlijke plek! Vlakbij het strand en voorzieningen in San Antoni.

De eigenaresse Antonia is lief en behulpzaam. Mooi en schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis met mooie tuin rondom, ligt op een rustige plek maar toch dichtbij alles. Wij hadden wel een auto. Het zwembad is echt top! Zeker een betaalbare aanrader!

Spacious house in on a central location near beautiful baize

In and around the house there is plenty of space to be either in the sun or in the shade. The house is situated in a quite place on Ibiza but close to nice restaurants, baize and supermarkets (car needed!). Only improvement of the house is delivery of hot water in both bathrooms.

The best villa I have ever stayed in in Ibiza

After multiple trips in the last 5 years to Ibiza, Antonia’s villa created the ideal space for us to have the trip that we will remember forever. The property meant we didn’t feel the need to go out every day / night and spend £80+ on a round of drinks and we were more than content to use the bbq, pool and outdoor area to fully enjoy the weather and some great music. We will definitely be back next Summer!

Wonderful

The house is large and as described. The kitchen is decently stocked. We also appreciated that the water was safe to drink which is not common on the island. Antonia is wonderful and was always reachable on WhatsApp. She was also very understanding during checkin and not far away in case we needed something like getting the hot water turned on. We didn’t spend much time in the house since we were out exploring but I think it would be quite a nice place to relax. There is also a main gate that locks so it is quite safe. Would happily stay there again if I visit the island in the future.

Great stay - lovely villa

We had a great stay in Antonia's villa and it had everything you would need. The pool was fantastic Antonia was great and if we had any problems she sorted things out as soon as she could and communication was fantastic. The only problem we had was with insect bites so please take plenty of repellent but this would not stop me from staying again at this property. Thank you Antonia

posizione ideale ottimo per famiglie

questa casa è in ottima posizione sembra lontano da tutto e isolata in realtà è in una posizione strategica rispetto tutte le spiagge e anche le località più belle la casa è molto grande e spaziosa unico neo sono le zanzare molto molto presenti inevitabili visto il grande giardino e la piscina ma con una buona scorta di repellente, zampironi e fornelli si supera il problema le padrone di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Schönes großes Haus, allerdings mit ein paar Reinlichkeitsproblemen

Das Haus ist schön auch wenn es schon etwas älter ist, toller Außenbereich mit schönem Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Betten sind allerdings sehr alt und teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist sehr schmutzig und alt. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Expensive given poor standard

The house lady was a lovely, helpful individual. The house itself lacked a certain standard that was expected for this price. Bed rooms (2 rooms) combined standard beds with camping beds, something we did not expect at this level. Poor beds made the nights tougher with 3 kids. One bedroom not used due to no air conditioning. Kitchen area/ living room, we had higher expectations to kitchen and eating areas. Kitchen equipment was out of shape and old/dirty, so home cooking was not done. Dishwasher was dirty and not efficient, so we decided to eat meals outside the premises. Interior was old and not delicate at all. Poor standard for relatively high price

SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO!

Sono stato con i miei amici in questa villa favolosa i primi di giugno. Tutto come descritto, soprattutto piscina favolosa e vicinanza alle calli più belle. Consiglio a tutti. Unica cosa essendo in mezzo al verde ci sono zanzare per chi non fosse abituato, ma con un pò di autan e dispositivi anti zanzare notturni non ce ne si rende più neanche conto. Antonia infine è super disponibile e simpatica. Insomma, ci si sente a casa immersi in un paradiso.

Missed potential

A good sized property but let down by: shabby interior / exterior, poor quality foam mattresses that made sleeping impossible - we used the sofas on occasions, inadequate kitchen equipment, needs an electric kettle, poor range of utensils, did not look very clean, dishwasher full of rust, pool dirty, weeds everywhere. Also, as we had arrived @ 7pm surely a bottle of milk and a welcome pack should be given as a basic courtesy. The owner was late in arriving. FOR THE COST THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
