15,000 square metres of land with pine forest, old farmland and fruit trees. The pool is surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. One side features a dining and chill-out area. Lush lawns stretch to the orchards, and an old water wheel recalls the ancestral roots of the land.
The proximity to the village of San Juan and its beautiful beaches makes this home the perfect starting point.

Card (Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% fee will be applied to the total.

Direct bank transfer: No fees.
Both options include Vrbo assistance.

Cleaning costs (includes bathroom and pool towels, and bed linen):
Final cleaning included in the stay.

Tourist tax:
2 euros per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of stay.

Pets not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
No events, photo shoots or videos for commercial purposes allowed.
Minimum rental age is 28 years.

Low season (October to April):
Heating: 300 euros/week (based on actual consumption)
Monthly stays:
Utilities (water, electricity, gas): 800 euros (based on actual consumption)

🕗 Late check-in:
From 20:00 to 24:00: supplement of 45 euros
After 24:00: supplement of 70 euros
