'Patrizio was an EXCEPTIOAL host. We called him Papa Arezzo because he was so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. 'Perfekt. Lovely place. Great views from the house. Clean facilities. Nice dog and cats. We will definitely come back '

'We were in Italy for two weeks and this was our favorite hotel/B&B. FIVE STARS. Everyone & everything were wonderful.'

'The property was located close to attractions in old town. Lovely balcony to sit on overlooking the city. Staff was helpful with recommendations and inquiries. Room was clean. Great spot for a couple.'

Ci ritorneremo volentieri '

'What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. '

'Perfectly located in the center of Cortona with restaurants, shopping, museums and restaurants right around the corner. The owner, Sara, provides a high level of hospitality and personalized service. The hotel is in a 14th century palazzo so it is full of Old World charm with just enough modern conveniences thrown in. Highly recommend.'
