'The check-in process was very difficult because the hotel said they did not have my reservation. It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful.

'My wife and I loved our stay here! It’s right in the heart of the action off Bassac Lane and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, yet completely quiet inside the room. The staff are incredible, so helpful and nice. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower are some of the best!
Absolutely incredible value for money, best location, fantastic staff and what a view from that infinity pool:)

'Centrally located and close to everything. The AC system could do with improvement. I don't know if the AC is connected, but some of the mainland Chinese guests must be smoking in their rooms and that will finish off recirculating and going right through the ACs in the other rooms. And it's very much on the strong side that sleeping through it was a little unpleasant at time. Other than that, the staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful and filling. The pool have a 360 view and the bar staff...

'There was a little miscommunication about the actual property location. Go to the second building that comes up when you drive in, which is Building C, not Building B.

'It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants...

'Booked a balcony room looking out on the side of the hotel.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and equipped with very new, very quiet airconditioning. The design of the shower and bathtub is more eye catching than it is practical, but all works well.
The area around the hotel offers many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant too but we did not include breakfast in our stay and didn't find the time to try it.
A special shout out to the cheerful hotel...
