The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. 'This apartment is super cute! I love the brick and the tile in the kitchen. We had a great time. Front porch is great to relax on, the kids lived the hammock. The back yard is also really cute. Would definitely consider staying here again.'

'The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and amenities were as advertised. The neighborhood was generally pretty quiet and never felt unsafe. The mattresses were very comfortable, with soft sheets and warm blankets. The sofa was also comfortable, and wifi worked great for streaming TV/movies.
