'Vail Haus was exceptionally clean and well maintained! The kitchen is very well equipped which made meal preparation a breeze. Also, the condo was well equipped with fans, space heaters, and humidifiers and other convenient amenities. Location was great and ski buses were timely and convenient. The host was exceptionally responsive, generous and helpful. A+ to the host/owner!'

'They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect.'

'Property is like a classic European chalet or inn. Very friendly, comfortable, Swiss design but not over the top. Very unpretentious which is a relief in Vail. Rooms are very clean, large, basic but has everything you need. Glass carafes of water, actual hard keys, very charming. Breakfast room is like a tea room, very quaint.
