Arrive to a heated and clear driveway with an additional heated garage. A contemporary North Idaho design welcomes you with radiant heat wood floors and distinct one of a kind touches throughout. This 3 story townhouse is thoughtfully designed to impressively entertain family and friends of all ages. The open floor top level of the home boasts a *spectacular* Great room with windows soaring 20' encapsulating the views of Schweitzer, Lake Pend Oreille, as well as the Cabinet and Selkirk mountains. Relax in the living area which has ample seating for all while watching your favorite show on the 65" smart TV. Warm yourself next to large fireplace or just bask in this sun-filled room. The kitchen is completely appointed and you'll enjoy hearty dinners made from this commercial-grade kitchen. A gorgeous breakfast bar. large dining room table for 8 , as well as a furnished exterior balcony complete this upper level. On the second level, rest and relaxation take place. The master bedroom suite has a King bed with large, luxurious en suite. Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a complete guest bathroom are dresssed with luxury linens and views.

The views of the ski slopes and the lake were breathtaking. The home was very well appointed, well equiped with anything you would need including spare dog bowls, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The sunrise and sunsets were the perfect way to begin and end the day.

Schweitzer Closing Weekend

We were looking for a short weekend getaway to close out the ski season, and this location was perfect! Its right off the slopes for easy access during the day and we loved hanging out in the living space and cooking with panoramic views in the evening.

This property is exactly as represented in the description. The location simply can't be beat. The accommodations are clean and comfortable including little extra's like boot warmers, which are an indication of thought applied to enhance the guest experience.We almost didn't post a review in fear the property will not be available for our next trip.

Great stay!

We had a fun family vacation at this ski in/out location. Everything we needed for cooking was available in this well stocked home. We enjoyed the hot tub and easy to access parking and heated garage for gear. Easy walk to the village for dinner and shopping. The interior was cozy and had amazing views of the mountain and lake. The townhome is lovely. The view is spectacular. The unit is technically a ski in and ski out if you are comfortable with a black diamond. Hot tub was clean and new. The unit has lots of stairs.

Beautiful clean home, great location

This home was perfect for our stay! Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Schweitzer village, pet friendly and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a fun weekend. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous view of Lake Pend O'rielle from the balcony. Would love to come back to stay in the winter for the ski-in ski-out access!

Wonderful Getaway

I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could. The location is exceptional, views are spectacular! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. Very modern with all the amenities, but cozy and just rustic enough. It is close enough to the village to be able to walk there, but far enough away to feel secluded. Ski in-ski out is very convenient. Making the reservation was an easy process, good communication with the property manager. It will definitely join our list of vacation getaways.

We had an amazing stay at this immaculate slope side house! Ski in ski out on a bluebird day at Schweitzer! The kitchen was perfect to share some lovely meals and we cozied up by the massive fireplace to enjoy the sparkling village views at night! First class accommodations all of the way around! The manager was super fast to respond to any inquiries that we had! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We will definitely return!
