« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed. »

« Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. »

« I stayed here with my son and a friend and her children for a few days. We had a great time with enough space and activities for everyone! We had more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, games, kitchenware. The host was very communicative and responsive and kind. We will stay here again on our next visit! »

« We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark). »

The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The location was ideal – close to the lake, yet peaceful and private, which gave us the best of both worlds. « The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. Walter's Basin restaurant is just down the road in Holderness -...

« The house was perfect! It fully met our expectations from the listing and was a great place to stay! There is a hot tub, sauna, gym, a comfy living room, and a functional kitchen! It was great, we had so much fun staying there. We were there in the Spring and had a blast, and could only imagine how awesome it would be in the winter with the fireplaces. I would strongly recommend staying here if it meets your needs! »
