The large swimming pool of the Villa La Fuggiola is surrounded by lawn and comfortable shaded spaces where you can enjoy maximum relaxation and peaceful hours outdoors. The villa is completely fenced. In the inner courtyard there is a gazebo with a dining area, a living room, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven. You can freely use the productions in the organic garden. The villa is accessible by an automatic gate, has covered parking, an internal garage and is equipped with an alarm system.

La Fuggiola is a holiday home, composed of trulli and country houses. There are a main house and 2 independent outbuildings, for a total of 6 rooms and 10 beds. The main dwelling consists of a bright living room with a kitchen next to it, a dining room, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The first annex consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a 115 cm bed (for one adult or two children), separated by a curtain, plus a shower bathroom. The second annex is a trullo and consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom separated by a curtain, plus a bathroom shower with a hallway. In the double bed it is possible to add an additional single bed or a cot upon request.
The villa`s accessories are satellite decoder, washing machine, bookshelf, stereo, fireplace, TV, wi-fi internet and much more, to fully enjoy a carefree holiday.
Where is Villa La Fuggiola
La Fuggiola is a large property with swimming pool in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, a town in the province of Brindisi, in southern Italy. The villa is located just 12 kilometers from the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto and from the sandy beaches of Salento, on the Adriatic Sea. Very close are other historic centers such as Ostuni just 13 kilometers away, and Ceglie Messapica at 15 kilometers.






- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September, off season pool's use euro 150/week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 128 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
