Villa Punta Molara is a beautiful newly built villa that can accommodate up to 10 people and with a private heated swimming pool.

The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with living room. In one of these living rooms there is also a double sofa bed. A terrace with veranda overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding garden will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors even during your meals.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a stone barbecue.

Villa Punta Molara is located in the locality of Monte Petrosu in the Municipality of San Teodoro about 850 meters from the beautiful cove of "Cala Ginepro" consisting of small sandy stretches alternating with cliffs. In front of Molara Island, the small sandy cove opens up to a panorama of great beauty.
Other beautiful beaches reachable a few kilometers from the villa are for example, Cala Girgolu, Porto Taverna beach, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Suaraccia, Salinedda, Capo Coda Cavallo to indicate just some of the beaches that you could find in the marine area of ​​Capo Coda Cavallo.

The nearest airport is Olbia, just 35 kilometers away.

- the rental price of the villa varies according to the number of guests. In fact, from the 7° guest onwards there will be an extra charge of euro 50,00 per day per person.
- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
