Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and beautiful beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, 750 m from the Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 900 m from the famous beach of Cala Brandinchi, small and well-kept two-room apartment with private entrance, 1 bedroom bed, living room / kitchen and bathroom in the renowned Villaggio Est, equipped with all comforts with veranda, air conditioning in every room, TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer and shared swimming pool.

It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence is equipped with free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's swimming pool with sea view.

In the residence there is a small square with two bars, a restaurant with fish specialties and a mini-market.

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid parking lot.
