  • Mooi en modern appartement aan de hoofdpromenade van San Sebastian: de Boulevard in de oude stad. Het is gerenoveerd in 2015 en ligt in het hart van de stad. Slechts 1 minuut lopen naar het strand La Concha en 5 minuten naar het strand Zurriola. Het heeft 2 grote bedden en is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen.

    Ons appartement is precies wat u op de foto's ziet, een gezellige ruimte van 67 m² met een slaapkamer, woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en een wasruimte die u kunt gebruiken. Het appartement is gelegen in het hart van de stad, de oude binnenstad van San Sebastián, waar alle restaurants zijn, en hierdoor kan het tijdens weekendnachten buiten een beetje luidruchtig worden. We hebben een groot queensize bed in de slaapkamer en nog een grote queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Onze voorfoto toont een oranje pijl die laat zien waar het appartement zich precies bevindt.

I stayed here with my two young children during our family vacation in San Sebastián and it was perfect - easy to walk lots of places (including both beaches!), two full bedrooms, very comfortable with AC and fans even during a hot week, and lots of helpful advice and guidance from the host who is very communicative and responsive. Would love to stay here again when we come back!

The check-in instructions couldn’t have been easier, and more detailed! As rental property owners, we appreciate the details and the comforts in this unit. Host communication was also amazing! We would return and recommend to others.

The location is good if you want to be right in the heart of the action. Very easy to walk everywhere including the beach and old town. However due to this, it is quite loud well into the night, even past 4:00AM.

Great apartment to explore san sebastian and all the great food and drink that abounds. Parking is expensive if you drive; otherwise perfect in every way.

Space was better than in the pictures, easy to access up one flight of stairs. Bright, modern and clean. Very centrally located for easy access by foot to anything. Public parking in the TelPark Boulevard lot across the street that is safe and clean and very reasonable if you pre-book using the app - necessary to confirm your vehicle is allowed in the low emission zone, with auto license plate reader making it easy in and easy out. It was so wonderful to be close to wanted to the beach Pintxos bars and hiking, but stop back between adventures.

Even Better than Advertised

What can say other than the property was ideal. Cleanliness, quality and communication with Iñigo was top notch. The location could not be better. Definitely going to stay there again next time we are in San Sebastian.

Great short stay

We only had 2 days in San Sebastián (not enough) - the apartment shows exactly as advertised/ perfect location ….. right in the heart of the city / a short walk to wherever you would want to be. Fridge stocked with welcoming wine and beer (thank you). Highly recommended!

Great apartment

Spacious apartment in central location, just steps to old town and la Concha beach. Clean and with very good amenities, including new windows so outside sounds were not really noticed. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was very good. If driving, the entrance to Boulevard Parking is immediately on the right as you turn left onto Zumardia Boulevard.

Great apartment: great shape, great location, apt was nice and clean; great host too, Inigo, who was very positive and fast to respond all the way thru. He also provided extra beach towels when asked. Apartment windows are facing arcade which means daylight is somewhat limited; but absolutely great location, strongly recommend :-)

Nice new apartment close to everything

Inigo was an amazing host from the moment we arrived until after we left, meeting us at the door and showing us how everything worked in the apt. and communicating regularly to see if we needed anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable with everything you need, and located really close to the beach and a million restaurants and pinchos bars in the Old Town. I also appreciated his very comprehensive book with everything we needed to know about the area including great restaurant recommendations. We had a terrific week there and recommend it highly.

Centrally located apartment with nice architectural details

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people, with room for another two people to sleep on the pullout sofa bed if need be. We were very impressed by the hospitality of Iñigo and his parents, who warmly greeted us at the apartment and provided a few welcome refreshments. They allowed us to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in and even store our luggage there after check out while waiting for our train. Iñigo also helped us acquire a reservation at a 3 Star Michelin restaurant that was fully booked. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine to clean our laundry since we were traveling for 5 wks. I would definitely stay here again.
