This beautiful is villa located within the prestigious Spanish resort of Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol. It has lovely open views over a lake and the new prestigious So/Sotogrande Golf Academy. Restaurants, shops, beaches, the Sotogrande Marina and Blue Sotogrande are all just a short drive away. The newly refurbished So/Sotogrande Hotel and Spa is a 15 minute walk and Valderrama, La Reserva, Almenara and Sotogrande golf courses are within a 5 -10 minute drive. The new Beach Club at La Reserva is nearby and there are two other Beach Clubs on the coast. There is also a horse riding school and regular Polo matches within this famous Sotogrande Polo Centre. There are Tennis and Padel facilities and boats to rent and charter are further options.
Within the villa there is a large open plan living / dining area with two sofas and an armchair for comfortable TV viewing or socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room. The en suite master bedroom is located upstairs and has a front-facing balcony overlooking the beautiful views. A perfect place for watching the sunset. The two downstairs bedrooms are both twin rooms. One has an en-suite bathroom and the other is next to the downstairs toilet with shower.
Outside there is a gas BBQ, an outdoor table and chairs as well as a chill out area with a canopy for shade if required. The six sun loungers overlook the well-kept gardens and the private swimming pool. The pool can be heated on request at an additional cost.
The villa has air conditioning, central heating, WiFi and ample parking for 2 cars.

Lovely place. Comms with owner fantastic through Vrbo. Check-in process a little old school (collect keys from local hotel) but no trouble if you have a sat nav. Kitchen could do with updating, but otherwise everything you might need!

Another Return Visit

We really enjoy our stays here. Close to local amenities ( short car journey). Very good golf courses nearby and La Reserva is on the door step for those that want to see and be seen! We were happy staying in with a couple of trips to Gigi’s Beach Bar.

Beautiful location and lovely house

I was really impressed with the owner of this property. Having had many doubts about travelling this year I must say the owner was incredibly helpful. Her response times are excellent and the management company are local and also respond very quickly to any issues - not that we had any! This is the perfect place to relax. Beautiful view and a great size pool. The house also has sky and other video channels to entertain the children during the hot mid afternoons. This is a real gem of place which I would highly recommend!

Schöner Urlaub in Andalusien

Ostern in Andalusien

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so super war. Das Haus liegt gut und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber und hat alles, was man braucht zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic property in stunning location

This villa was perfect for us (a family of four) though it would easily be a comfortable place for 6. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (there were plenty of loungers as well as other outdoor seats), eating from the barbecue and generally chilling out - inside and out. The house was well-equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed - a real home from home. When we experienced a problem with the barbecue (our fault!), the owner was very quick to organise help for us. The location of the house is very quiet with stunning views. There are many golfing opportunities nearby and the beach, restaurants and shops were all within a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend the villa and would love to go back myself!

Perfect fit

Great house, great location - just what we needed. Traveling with our two early-20s children who each got their own bedrooms and bath, and parents upstairs in our own on-suite. Despite not being full summer the weather cooperated and the well-warmed pool was brilliant. Lots of lounge chairs, covered outside terrace for lingering lunches - a great respite from our travels.

It is a family owned property not totally geared up to third party lettings

The setting is lovely and convenient for golf and local restaurants. The house is roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately we were the first letting of the year and a number of the important facilities did not work but the problems (apart from heating the pool) were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. As we have identified the problems it should be plain sailing going forward as long as the owners take a greater interest in ensuring that the villa is fit for purpose before guests arrive.
