« This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! « Only had one minor hiccup with the check in process, but overall I had great time. I know people in the DR so I rented a vehicle and they drove me around! Went on a couple excrusions went to a night club and ate at nice restaurants a few times. It's a restaurant called Maggie's with pretty good food and strong drinks! »

« Our family of 5 had a fabulous spring break at Jan's home. We've been to CDC a few times before with friends and this location was ideally situated only a few homes away them. It was also great as it was near the hotel/pool, golf course and Lagos restaurant - and just a short distance from everything else (beach, marina, etc). « Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times. »

« The apartment is beautiful and very clean! I would say that everything was great, except with the inconvenience of being on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. It would have been nice if I had advanced notification that the elevator wasn't working, but besides the fact, Jose Luis was very helpful. I had a great time with my family.
