Residenz Athena is located in Bibione, a popular vacation destination on the Italian Adriatic coast. The complex is close to the beach, making it ideal for sunbathers and beachgoers. The surrounding area features numerous shops, cozy restaurants, inviting bars, and a variety of entertainment options. The location makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in Bibione.
The two-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area, which provides two additional sleeping spots. A satellite TV and air conditioning are also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a washing machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The apartment includes a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY

Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Bibione is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort. The beach is characterized by its fine sand, which is particularly pleasant for walks and sunbathing. It stretches extensively along the coast and offers plenty of space for relaxation. There are both public beach sections that can be used free of charge and equipped areas where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Beach bars provide refreshments and snacks, while restroom facilities enhance comfort. Lifeguards ensure the safety of all beachgoers, and thanks to the wide walkways, the beach is easily accessible even for families with strollers.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Bibione offers families wonderful moments on its gently sloping, golden sandy beach. Children can enjoy themselves at various playgrounds and with an entertainment program featuring arts and crafts and sports activities.
