Our two-level flat is located in a residence with a shared swimming pool and garden. The ground floor features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, a bedroom with a single bed, and a patio overlooking the private garden (not fenced). The 1st floor is formed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed, a complete bathroom with shower, and a balcony. It comes with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking spot. Beach distance: 1km, guests have access to a beach shuttle service.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.

-Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at the check-out after the property inspection
