« The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. « The apartment was clean, inviting, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt safe with the additional security gate at the unit. The neighbors were quiet, and the apartment was close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Most importantly for us, it was less than 10 minutes from Texas State University, which was perfect since we were in town for a college tour for a potential student. Ghost ants in the kitchen, spiders in the bedroom (numerous bites), filthy hallways (stinking garbage, dropped food, beverage containers and just general yuck everywhere).
