'Multi level condo has so much space for a large family. Covered parking at base level, living, kitchen, bedroom and laundry on mid level, and master with bath, bedroom, bathroom, and living space on top.Everything was clean and all amenities were covered including bedding, towels, and kitchen wears and appliances. This home is beautiful, from the quiet location, to the the tateful decor, to the fact that everything in this home is brand new, including the house itself. Even the back deck is furnished with comfortable furniture for 6 people to enjoy the afternoons. The kitchen is huge and appointed with high end Kitchenaid appliances throughout. A chef would be very happy cooking in this kitchen with quality cookware, dishes,...

'The location is perfect for going into Durango and also accessing the trails for hiking, and other mountain activities. Excursions to Ouray, Silverton and even Telluride can be accomplished in a day.The house had everything we needed and very clean. It is an older home that's not perfect but extremely comfortable. No A/C but cools off in the evening and fans are available.Definitely would stay again. And Taylor was a great host and responded to all questions immediately.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and spacious. There are essentially two separate living spaces which worked out great for 8-10 of us. The home is about 15 min NW of Pagosa Springs but we didn’t mind the drive. There was a lot wildlife to see - mostly deer. The forest trail system that is literally across the street was a nice perk. Our 5 y.o. Had a great time exploring the wilderness. Highly recommend this place. '
