I loved how it was just outside the city but still close enough and there are some trails to explore right behind the house. Such a great house for a family to relax and have fun in Durango! »

« Beautiful home that sits at the end of a well-maintained dirt road. If you're "city folk", you might find the drive up (consisting of some twists and turns) intimidating, but it's navigable in 2WD/FWD during non-winter times. I drove it a number of times in 2WD in a half-ton pickup and another drove it in a FWD car, no issues. Now onto the visit - we had a hiccup at the beginning, but the owner stayed on top of it and got the issue resolved. After that it was smooth sailing. The photos on...
