The Space:

A bright two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the third floor of a walk-up building in Condado. It's an easy fit for two couples or a small family: everyone gets their own room and their own bathroom, with a real living room to come back to after the beach. Sleeps up to 4 guests.



Living and dining: a roomy sectional sofa with navy cushions faces a smart TV with Roku, and a glass dining table for four sits by the windows, bathed in natural light.



Bedrooms: two queen beds dressed in crisp white linens, each room with its own split A/C and closet. One features a light-blue accent wall, a woven headboard and twin bedside lamps; the other is bright and calm, with a pineapple print and reading lamps.



Bathrooms: two renovated full bathrooms with showers, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so mornings never mean a line.



Kitchenette: set up for breakfasts and light meals, with a full-size fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Local coffee and welcome treats are waiting on arrival.



Outside the door, a shared balcony catches the evening breeze over Condado, and downstairs a shared arcade game room with retro cabinets is ready for friendly rivalries.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, reached by stairs (no elevator).



The Neighborhood:

Condado is San Juan's most walkable beach neighborhood: palm-lined Ashford Avenue, Atlantic breezes and a dining scene that runs from brunch to late-night cocktails. From the door you're minutes from everything:

- Condado Beach: about a 5-min walk

- Ashford Avenue and Ventana al Mar park: 9-min walk

- La Placita de Santurce (weekend nightlife and local bars): 12-min walk

- Condado Lagoon (paddleboarding and sunset walks): 16-min walk

- Old San Juan and El Morro: about 15 minutes by car

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 10 minutes away by car. Condado is fully walkable: the beach, restaurants, cafés and a 24-hour pharmacy are all a short stroll away, so most guests skip the rental car.

- Uber and Lyft: plentiful and usually just minutes away

- Taxis: available at the airport and along Ashford Avenue

- Rental car: useful for day trips to El Yunque or Luquillo; street parking when available, paid lots nearby

- Public buses (AMA) run through the area

- Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- The home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels only and never records audio.

- Condado is a lively area and some city noise is possible; complimentary earplugs are provided.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored. Bottled water is provided based on the length of your stay and number of guests.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
