For those who want to relax and enjoy what our island has to offer, this is the place to be. If you want to embrace nature there are many options as:
Visit the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' 15 minutes drive/ Catamaran trips around adjacent islands like Vieques and Culebras/ Snorkel around unseen reefs and swim with colorful fishes. You can also visit the southern part of the island on day tours to visit museums, our Arecibo Observatory or visit Old San Juan Colonial City just 45 minutes away.

Golf Courses Nearby: If you want to play 9 or 18 holes there are 3 spectacular golf courses nearby. These are Bahia Golf Course @ St. Regis Resort 5 minutes away form the complex. There are also the Hyatt Golf Course @ Coco Beach and Rio Mar Country Club @ the Wyndham Resort and El Conquistador Golf Course these are 15 and 25 minutes away.

Overall we had a great time. It was good location for us to visit places. Major drawback was not having dishwasher… it was a pain to wash dishes. Charging ports in master bedroom, could have been more accessible. Could have kept washing powder or liquid for laundry. Also toilet rolls were just enough, could have stocked some more.

The house was nice and had a fun rooftop terrace. We were worried about our Christmas Day arrival and not being able to buy any food. The host was kind enough to arrange to for us to get a small order of food from the grocery store and have it in the fridge for when we arrived. Above and beyond. Fun pools, fun beach, beautiful area.

Not really as expected

Thank goodness this rental is behind gates. The neighborhood was definitely sketchy. Needed better details to locate the lockbox for entry. This was listed as “penthouse” but only because it was on the third floor (the TOP floor). Barely warm water in the showers. Very low water pressure. Cold water in the kitchen. There were 2 pools but one was filled with sand and the other needed repair. The chairs around the pools were broken.The owner’s instructions included being quiet after 9pm but I’m not sure why? Just over the balcony there was a bar or some kind of establishment that blared music until well after midnight. We were also advised to empty trash daily. There were 2 trash bags and our reservations were for an entire week. I inquired about more trash bags and was told there were 2 in the trash can and could go to the convenient store for more.Will definitely research better next time around.

I will start with the communication with the host was great, that was good. The property listing on the other hand is very misleading. The pictures are not current, the property itself is not "luxury". Furniture is really worn, to the point of having to prop up the broken couch to make it bearable. We had to really clean a lot of the kitchen beforehand, almost all dishes were dirty out of the cupboards. The private beach is almost non-existent, with washed up autos buried in the sand and half the sidewalk broken into the ocean. I realize this was due to Hurricane Maria, but that was in 2017... The pictures should have been updated to reflect what it's like today. Being that we had no other options, we made the most of it and spent most days elsewhere... Other beaches and tourist locations. Unfortunately we would not stay at this location again. Buyer beware.

Perfect condo in Puerto Rico!

This was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone! The host very responsive and always made sure that everything was going okay. Great area in Puerto Rico and there is also a private beach for the complex.

This apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything needed for 5 fussy women. We especially enjoyed the two balconies on the main floor for our morning coffee and our planning for the day. A great bonus was the food market in walking distance. The private beach was a nice place to hang out as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the host Lisette was easy.

Great place for family

This penthouse apt was great for all ages. Beautiful views and wonderfully decorated. The little details like sand toys for the kids and seating everywhere made the stay so comfortable. My only issue is that the beach seemed to have been ravaged by a storm. But the condo was gorgeous.

We booked a last minute trip. Lissette was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids loved the bunk beds! The security gate staff were always very friendly when we were coming and going. We enjoyed the beach access and pools. Also explored beaches in the area.

Great Holiday Get-Away

Lissette 's place is lovely. The condo had everything we needed. The air moving through the unit was wonderful. One pool in the middle of the complex was out of commission when we first arrived, but was repaired and usable after 2 days. The complex was well kept and felt very safe. The little beach was perfect for lots of water play. My family and I had a great time. We had never been to PR, so we weren't really sure where to stay, but this location was great. We spent a few days doing various things in El Yunque, Pinones, Luquillo, and San Juan. Nothing was too far. I hope we can visit again!

Great place to stay! A good location for visiting rainforest, San Juan, and various beaches. Beach at the complex was small, but nice to be able to walk to easily. A couple notes—no dishwasher, would be nice if plastic was removed from master bed mattress. A/C units in bedrooms worked wonderfully, it did get a little warm in the main living areas. Communication with owner was always prompt and helpful!

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The penthouse condo was well appointed and we really enjoyed the three outdoor spaces - front and back patio and upstairs roof patio. The is great breeze through the condo when the windows were open. The beach is a 5 minute walk through the property and we enjoyed the beach a lot. There are two pool but we did not use them. There is a Wal Mart about 10-15 minutes away and a local grocery store just outside the property. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

The property was everything that was described by the VRBO announcement. Extremely clean, well furnished, accommodating for eight guests, wonderfully equited and very centric to all sorts of deversions ( beaches, casinos, restaurants, horse back riding, off road vehicle rentals and a variety of many other fun filled activities.)
