This Ocean Side High-rise Condominium is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Puerto Rico's #1 tourist destination. The unit features a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Free internet/Wi-Fi access. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full-size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet (mini split) remote air conditioners, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24-hour front desk security guard. My host Gabriel was great always notified and kept in touch if I need to find something or places to eat and if he had any updates.Gabriel the host was always with a quick response and also has a great condo and awesome location right next to the beach. The strip where the condo is you have everything you want…. Thank for a great stay……

Gabriel is very welcoming! His condo has everything you need for the beach which is a block away walking. It’s really easy to walk or take Uber everyplace around here. Everyone is so nice. The restaurants are good whether you want fast food or Puerto Rican food, you can have it all. Starbucks is just down the street by beach or sidewalk. I’ll be back.

Excellent place to spend for any occasion!! Location , location, location!! Can't stress enough everything from dining, nightlife, beachlife,etc..was at our doorstep! The location of this property was just amazing, really close to the airport and all restaurants. The host was really good at communicating and responding to messages. Some issues were that the utensils provided for cooking had scratches in them, so we brought our own from the pharmacy/store just in front of the property. The store had almost everything you need. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property

We found this unit to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi and strong shower pressure. While it does not offer a beach view, its convenient location places the beach at the end of the block, just a short stroll away.Pros:- Clean, well-kept space with thoughtful touches- Reliable Wi-Fi- Strong shower pressure- Ample cookware and dinnerware for a family of four- Free on-site parking, a meaningful cost saver- Proximity to a variety of stores and dining options- Laundry room in the building Kitchen and dining:- The kitchen is well equipped for family meals, but seasonings and spices are not provided. Travelers planning to cook may want to bring a small spice kit or plan to purchase locally.Suggestions for improvement (for the host to consider future guests):- A more powerful blender would enhance juicing capabilities. (Probably specific to our family) - Adding a starter set of basic seasonings or a small spice rack could boost guest convenience.- Ask guests if they would like room freshers as I was allergic and kept them on the balcony. (This is a me thing)Location notes:- Beach access is easy via a very short walk; great for those who want quick beach days without needing to park.Overall impression:- A solid choice for families or travelers seeking a clean, safe, well-appointed unit with convenient parking and a short walk to the beach. Our favorite vacation

Property was as described…clean, safe and in the perfect location. We took my 7yo daughter for spring break and she had the best time. The beach was a very short walk away and the pool was perfect and never crowded. Will definitely be back!

It's a great place for the price. Has a few Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk. Dedicated close parking spot. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party crowd (engines, horn, siren, yelling) moves on the street below.

The location is outstanding, next to anything you may need. Condition of apartment is superb. Excellently kept. Next to large hotels with casinos, great restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Anything needed for beach or shopping is in the apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico!! Our accomodations were tremendous. Veey clean and equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. If tou plan a trip to Puerto Rico, you must use Gabriel as your host. He was very professional and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.

The home is located in a very convenient spot with the beach being a one minute walk away and many stores and food places within walking distance. There were no disturbances and it felt very safe. The only down side was we were not able to have access to the pool amenity the entire stay because of tools being left inside the pool area.
