Ana was a terrific host -- very responsive. The condo is lovely with an amazing view! The space was the perfect size and very comfortable for our group. I did recommend that they have some flashlights in the condo since the power does go out occasionally. As others have noted the wifi is spotty so if you are trying to work it could be a problem, but we enjoyed being mostly disconnected and spending time together. It was a lovely trip and the condo was the perfect home base.

Ana was easy to communicate with, and the property was exactly as it appears. Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, comfortable beds. The unit is spacious, with bathrooms for each bedroom. The views were incredible! Wi-Fi is spotty, but that did not impact our stay as we were not there to work or spend time on our phones.The area was beautiful and very safe.

Lack of Support and Water Intrusion During Stay

We experienced heavy rain over 2–3 days, and the window seals were leaking, resulting in water puddling in the middle of the room. Unfortunately, onsite staff made no effort to assist. They also refused to help us get to the main conference center during the downpour.We understand that VRBO guests are not part of the resort directly, but considering we were one of only a few guests staying in the villas at the time, the lack of support was disappointing.

Beautiful Property

Came for 4 nights with my husband and 2 adult sons. The view is beyond... we sat for hours on the deck and pool and hot tub just staring out to the water. Convenient location to stores, beach and many restaurants. Our sons are 24 and 26 so they were a little disappointed in the night life since its a quiet area, but loved the condo and property.

Best spot on the island

What a view and location. Ana was a gracious and responsive host and the property is exactly as pictured and reviewed. Wish we could have stayed here 2 weeks. We will definitely be back, and maybe get a night at El Conquistador just to see what all the fuss is about next door. Can’t it imagine it holding a candle to this place though. We had the WiFi go out one night but the rest of the week it worked fine. My husband really enjoyed golfing at the adjacent course. Every recommendation Ana makes is really really worth it; get her list before booking excursions so you get the best (for example, our prebooked El Yunque tour was way too big of a group to get enough time swimming and jumping, etc). This place is a real gem.

Outstanding Casita Azul

This property checks all must have. The property is immaculate, with great amenities, and very comfortable beds, and what could I say about the breathtaking view, there is nothing better than waking up to the turquoise ocean The pictures displayed in VRBO shows exactly what you will find as you enter this property (no surprises here) and the host could not be more attentive and gracious We hope to come back soon

Absolute Gem!

Anna is an amazing host and has a beautiful villa on the cliffs overlooking the islands off the coast of eastern Puerto Rico. It felt like home for the weeky family stayed and we loved the infinity pool. Cannot recommend enough!

Family-friendly stay in paradise

The Casita was exactly as seen in the pictures, with the breathtaking view and furniture that provided plenty of seating for our family of six adults and a baby. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious, with one for each couple, a real bonus! I spent every morning watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee on the deck in the swinging chair - it was heaven! The location was spectacular, the property's pools were clean and relaxing, and we were able to take walks along the beautiful golf course every morning as well. It was also only a short drive to get groceries (we cooked many meals at the Casita) and reach the different beaches. Ana was the perfect host - easy to communicate with and even purchasing a travel crib for our 10 month old grandchild so we did not have to pack one! Her recommendations about local restaurants were perfect, and they were less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. If we return to the island, we would 100% stay here again - we were so sad to leave!

Stay During Christmas Break

Loved the Condo and the views are beautiful as mentioned in previous reviews.Some advice for future visitors. We hit the Puebla Market which is about 5km from condo to load up for breakfast supplies and snacks. Great dinner restaurants outside the complex (Kalizo, Sabalos Marina Grille).Here was the confusing part its attached to a resort that we were able to golf, get 3 dinners, ice cream and watch the football game at the bar being a "non guest". We just paid by credit card and there was plenty of room if you ate by 6:30pm. Only thing we didn't have was access too was the Marina.The Infinity pool by the Condo and hot tub were great. They also have a pool bar open until 530pm for food and drinks. Would recommend Rain Forest and Bacardi Rum tour for day visits outside of resort.All and all a great trip and would highly recomend!

This was an A experience. Ana is an excellent host and the pictures accurately portray the great decor, layout and incredible views. The table on the patio is amazing to enjoy the views, sunrise and tropical breeze! Can't say enough about the experience and be sure to follow Ana's recommendations. We'd come back in a heartbeat!! Girl getaway

The unit was exactly as described and idyllic for our college girls getaway reunion. Ana was a perfect hostess; accommodating and always immediately responsive. I would not hesitate to return as a friend group or with my family and kids. The views were breathtaking. The grounds perfect for relaxing and exercising (runs/walks) as the area was safe and comfortable. The unit was well stocked with all the basics (shampoos, soaps, basic kitchen staples id salt/pepper/sugar/oil/etc). The washer/dryer run well in the unit.

Breath taking location!

Oh what a wonderful property. Our kids (ages 12 and 17) absolutely loved it. From the rooms decor to the views to the comfortable beds, everything was a dream. The check in processes was seamless since they gave us step by step instructions. Can’t wait to go back again!

Beautiful Property

This place was absolutely stunning, from the decor to the views. The floor plan was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom. The only thing missing was that they didn’t provide any beach chairs or a cooler. But there is a Walmart close by, so we just bought what we needed for the beach. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Azul-the views were just as pictured- the property was beautiful and the location fantastic! The villa was very clean and well equipped and very comfortable for the six of us! Our only frustration was the inability to stream the Masters due to inconsistent WiFi! We highly recommend this villa!

Great vacation home

Overall a great stay. The internet is not great so if multiple people have to do work calls or zooms at once, it might be challenging. The TV is connected to the internet so bring an alternate option to watch your own media. Lovely accomodations!

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay in Ana’s property on the grounds of El Conquistador resort. The villa is well-appointed for two families with a breathtaking view. The grounds are beautiful. We truly enjoyed the central location of the villa and easy access to the pools. The infinity pool has stunning views! Ana is an amazing host! We cannot wait to return. Thank you, Ana!
