Great place for my parents (69, 71), 3 kids (10, 13, 15), husband and I to stay! We walked the beach daily and found over 20 sand dollars! We walked further East to catch the sunrise which was beautiful. While we were there we were able to wade into the water and swim (jump in the waves) safely in the shallow surf zone. This unit has boogie boards, beach chairs, and other beach items to use. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Be aware if you have mobility issues. Think carrying your suitcases up and down as well as hauling beach chairs and gear down and up. This really wasn't an issue for us and our young strong boys, but my parents struggled a little.You get three parking spaces. Two of which are bumper to bumper, which means you are parking somebody in. This was never a problem for us as we went everywhere together. You also get one remote to open the gate so your vehicles have to stick together.The beach is in front of gated communities/hotels. So while there are people, it felt very safe and semi private. The pool hardly had anyone in it often we had the whole thing to ourselves. The beach is gated, which means you need a key to get in and out of the beach area. The unit only comes with one key which can be tricky when there are multiple people staying. My mother did get locked out at one time and we could not hear her yelling to us. She had to wait until a staffed member saw her. Overall great place!

We had a good experience at this condo. It was perfect for our family with a toddler. We had easy access to a nice beach, playground and swimming pool. The unit included sand toys, beach chairs, bogey boards, beach towels and other beach accessories which was so helpful. The location was good though not a lot of food or groceries nearby but easy to drive to.

We were very pleased with the property. It was exactly as described. We had a couple of little hiccups, (one being our user error), and Paola was easy to contact and responded quickly. My nephew enjoyed his own “private” swimming pool, and we all loved the beach. My sister-in-law is already making plans to return with the rest of her family.

Wonderful vacation with my family

Stayed here 4 nights with 4 people total. Easy communication with the owner thruout. Check-in and parking very straightforward. The condo unit was clean and well equipped. Grounds felt safe and well maintained. Wi-fi gave 60 Mbps download in the living room. Highly recommend.

Rio Grande Gem

What a fantastic location, private beach, great food nearby, also a short ride from lots of fun things to do. El Yunque was about 30min away, beach was walking distance. Luquillo Beach about 10min ride to the kiosks.The condo was even better in person. EASILY accommodated 7 (could have for 10). Very clean, a/c units in every bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again!If you’re looking for a different vibe than San Juan…highly recommended.

Family getaway

Perfect place to spend with our children three children and their spouses in their 20s. It felt like we had the beach all to ourselves perfect view of the ocean and palm trees . 40 minute trip to Fajardo to do a snorkeling trip. Local restaurants, or awesome as well.

We love Rio Grande and this villa is a perfect combination of access to fun and quiet beach relaxation. There were a few things which could improve the experience but overall, a clean, spacious, beachfront home.

My family loved the stay at this condo. Check in was simple and the building was already cooled down to a nice temperature. Location was wonderful. Just a short drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the beach right outside the condo and a few others a short drive away in Laquilllo and Fajardo.

This property was in a great location, (and quiet) easy drive to restaurants and El Yunque Rain Forest. It is located right on a beautiful beach, great for walking and swimming. The condo also had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards- this was a big plus for our family.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect beach property. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for my group of 7. The condo is in a gated community so you will definitely need a car to get around. The property offers many amenities which included beach towels and chairs. We were grateful as we preferred the beach instead of the pool side.

Perfect location, would stay again

Overall, loved the property and would absolutely rent again if we ever visit the same area. Property is RIGHT ON the beach. I woke up and went to sleep to the sounds of waves every day! It’s also in a great location for PR. Again right on the beach which is quiet and secluded but also a 10 minute drive to many places to eat, busier beaches, and el Yunque. They have dishes and basic spices in the kitchen if you wanna eat in. They also provided toiletries and there is an entire closet full of anything you need for a beach day- umbrella, chairs etc The only down sides- which were very minor- was checking in and the AC. Checking in- I was sent very detailed instructions which were so helpful. However, when we got to the gate at 3pm, no one was there to answer at the security station and we had to wait for someone leaving to buzz us in (thankfully). Not the property owner fault of course but kinda sucked as our first impression 30 mins into our vacation. AC- so each room has its own AC and they all worked. But no one turns them on before checking in. So when we got there it was HOT especially upstairs. We turned on the AC and fans and by the time we came back from dinner it had cooled off. So rest assured if you think it’s too hot at check in, it will cool down in a couple hours. Also, if you’re heat intolerant I would not stay upstairs. Up there did cool off enough for me but I tend to keep my house at 76 degrees F. Everyone else found it too hot up there.

Fun trip!

We had a girls trip to PR and had the best time. The condo was adorable but make sure to rent a car as it’s not within walking distance to anywhere. We felt very safe and the beach close by was beautiful. The top bedroom is up a tall staircase. We would def recommend staying here!

Beach front condo

Our stay at the beach front condo was amazing! The condo is directly on the beach with great views from the two balconies… Condo is decorated extremely well and very clean! The only negative we had while staying there was the downstairs bathtub would not drain and was full of water for the two nights we stayed there… I would assume this is an easy fix and would not be a problem for anyone else that stayed there. Our family would stay again at this condo!
