When I arrived with my husband and kids at 3:45 am, our room was not available, despite reserving and paying for the room more than 2 months in advance, checking in online several days before our stay, sending an email to let them know we’d be in later than expected AND having my sister (also a guest) tell the front desk our flights were delayed.
The front desk employee was a kind, young kid who tried to accommodate us which meant our family sat on the sparse lobby furniture for nearly 2 hrs in the middle of the night while they figured out IF they could give us a room.
We want our money back.
