'Just an awesome place'

'This is a very clean and safe property. We were 3 women traveling alone and never did we fear for our safety. We walked to the local markets from the property. The condo has a nice kitchen with all the supplies you could need. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. '

'The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!'

'We have stayed twice now at this property. It was very adequate and has secure parking. There is a nearby plaza with a good food court. It was very convenient when we were too tired to go out. The owner of this property is very nice. The only complaint we have is that the sofa is terribly uncomfortable. It desperately needs to be replaced.'

'The apartment is in a great location with really nice views! We stayed here upon landing in San Jose and then again at the end of our trip. Check in and parking were super easy and the apartment was very cozy and clean! We would definitely stay here again…. And hope to! Thank you so much! Lesley'

'We were a family of 6 adults. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, the park and major highways. The host, Iair, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.'

'The best part of the property is the view. When it rains, the sound of the river just below you is very relaxing and tranquil. The pool is also very lovely with a nice exercise room not far from the pool.'

'I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!'

'I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.'
