'Wonderful hotel on the promenade. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were very good. The restaurant/bar is popular with locals and that’s always a good sign. '

'Nice location, personnel was friendly (I arrived after 11 pm and although the kitchen closes at 10.30pm, they allowed me to order something), nice, big (and very clean) rooms, free internet, excellent breakfast. Two minor points (and those are absolute details): it was dark in the swimming pool (and couldn't find the lights) and there were no cabins to change around so you had to come down in your swimwear... but again, just details. 'It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.'
