Le Fonti di Santa Lucia is a beautiful and tastefully furnished 6-room house spread over two levels, perfect for your vacation getaway. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV, opening out onto a terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Chianti, San Gimignano. Also on this level, there's a cozy room with a double bed and a shower/bidet/WC, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A separate shower/bidet/WC is conveniently located on the same floor.

The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, comprises three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shower/bidet/WC. One of the rooms has direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Additionally, there's a large room with a double bed, a kitchen corner, and a shower/bidet/WC, opening out onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the surroundings.
