Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 25 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort

The holiday village offers a diverse culinary selection tailored to all needs. The restaurant with a panoramic terrace and lake view is ideal for lunch and dinner in a charming atmosphere. The pizzeria offers a wide selection of pizzas, perfect for the whole family, and the takeaway service allows guests to enjoy their favorite dishes in the privacy of their accommodation. The bar and ice cream parlor complete the gastronomic offer and are ideal for a refreshing break or an aperitif at sunset.

For added convenience, the village has a well-stocked supermarket and a bazaar. Guests can also use the laundry service and Wi-Fi, which is available for an additional fee (further information is available at the campsite reception).

San Felice del Benaco. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence and a hedge. Nestled in the unspoilt landscape of San Felice del Benaco and just a few steps from a grassy and pebbly beach, the campsite is the ideal destination for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. With great attention to detail and an inviting atmosphere, the village welcomes its guests with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Salò and Monte Baldo for a unique and unforgettable stay. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) on the road in front of the house. Each accommodation includes a single parking space (standard size, not suitable for vans, mini-campers, etc.); additional parking spaces can be requested on site subject to availability and at an extra charge.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The holiday village has three pools offering comfort and fun for the whole family. Children have their own pool for safe play, while adults can relax in two pools equipped with parasols and sun loungers (subject to availability). For younger guests, there is also a splash pool with water games, open at specific times. The slides and splash pool are open from May to mid-September, providing perfect entertainment during the summer season. Wearing a swim cap is required in all pools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Please note that the operation of slides and the splash pool in the off-season is not guaranteed.


Leisure
In the complex: tennis (1 court). Animation for children. The village has been designed to offer relaxation and fun for guests of all ages. Children can play freely on the outdoor playground and in the covered playroom, while families can enjoy moments together in the TV room. For sports enthusiasts, a tennis court is available for a fee. The mini club for children aged 2 to 10 is open for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and offers creative activities and manual games to make every day special (please note that there is no evening baby dance). The holiday village does not offer evening entertainment, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for guests looking to unwind.
