Enjoy the California beach lifestyle on your next family trip to San Diego. Pacific Blue #202 is located in a 3-floor, 18 unit building across from the surf and sand. It's the perfect, central location right on the corner where Pacific Beach meets Mission Beach! The open California-style kitchen comes with everything you need for dining in, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a dining table that seats 6. Spend quality time with your family in the spacious living room that comes with a flat screen TV and cable. This condo has central A/C, a rarity in coastal San Diego. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom too!

Catch a glimpse of the ocean across the way from the upper level guest bedroom and balcony. This well appointed condo has all the amenities you could need for a fun and comfortable stay including 2 assigned parking spaces in the underground, gated garage, washer and dryer in unit and 3 separate baths with shower and tub combos. The balcony is great for relaxing to the sight of the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast bar accommodates 4 guests, a perfect set-up for the kids! Outside the complex, you will find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all just steps away! The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, some home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.

Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a 'starter kit' to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $150 plus tax for second pet. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet's stay.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Great Location!
This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.

The location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars. All within walking distance. The instructions to enter the building on arrival were somewhat confusing. You cant enter the main doors. There is a metal side door you use. Having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was perfect. We would stay again.

Right in the heart of PB
My 2 children, their spouses and I needed a place to gather for the holidays. We all had an amazing time! This is the second time I have used Nancy’s Vacation rentals and they did not disappoint. Walked to the beach and along the boardwalk. Spent time at Belmont Shore and ate at amazing restaurants - all within walking distance! Will definitely be using Nancy’s Vacation rentals in the future - they don’t disappoint! Oh and the fact that we had 2 gated parking spots was a big plus in my book! 😄

Great location, near restaurants, grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was very clean and very clear check in process was provided with great instructions. We contacted the owner about a small issue and got immediate response and it was corrected within a few hours. Great customer service.

A delightful stay at the beach
We were very pleased with our stay at this property. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made life so much easier with guest ranging from 9 to 77 years. The location was perfect. The management company was efficient and responsive and just a pleasured to work with.

Nice and close to beaches and zoo and sea world. Never got the front doors of complex to work for us. Airlines canceled our first day due to hurricane Hilary. Wish we had that extra day back. Overall, great location and really nice kitchen and bathrooms for each bedroom.

We loved our stay at Pacific Blue 202! The location was perfect for walking everywhere!👍Great beach access and close driving to LaJolla, Zoo, Little Italy,, Petco Park, and Old Town! You do hear the street noise, but it was a perfect place!
