Luxury Beach Townhome. Steps to Beach, Restaurants & Shops!

This new 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1520sqft multi-level luxury townhome was completed in 2015, and is located in the heart of Pacific Beach just 4 blocks from the beach and steps to Garnet Avenue restaurants and shops. This townhome includes a spacious rooftop patio with fireplace. All furnishings and decor, including outdoor furniture, were hand-picked by a professional interior designer to offer coastal-modern appeal. This townhouse can accommodate up to 4 adults and 6 guests total.

This townhome is packed with everything you'll need to feel right at home, including for the kitchen (kitchenware, cookware, dishware, cups and utensils, coffeemaker, toaster), living room (Smart TV with Hulu and ESPN+), bedrooms (washed and folded towels and linens), and more!

New central A/C unit was installed in May, 2019. Also, each bedroom has a high powered, remote-controlled fan.

This home is conveniently located just 15 minutes from San Diego airport, and close to just about every tourist attraction in San Diego, including:

- Seaworld (10 minutes),
- the San Diego Zoo (15 minutes),
- Old Town (10 minutes),
- La Jolla (10 minutes), and
- Little Italy/Downtown (10 minutes).

While the use of "luxury" to describe the unit may be a stretch, it was clean, comfortable and convenient to all the Pacific Beach area has to offer. The rental description was largely accurate; located about 1/2 mile from the beach and one block from a busy road lined with businesses, restaurants and bars. It was also furnished with everything you'd need for a short or even long stay. While convenient, the location also meant occasional encounters with homeless in the alley and noise from bar patrons. The owner was very responsive before and during the rental period. With bedrooms (queen beds) on the first and third floors, the unit was perfect for two couples. A room with bunk beds on the middle floor would be good for a family with kids. Individuals with mobility issues should note there are 30 stairs within the unit -- 15 between each floor. If in the area, we would consider renting again.

The condo worked perfectly for us. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The condo was well supplied. Be prepared for lots of stairs and to wait for hot water. Those minor in conveniences were not a big deal.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It was beautiful and we loved staying here!Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We loved having the collapsible wagon to carry all of our things to the beach. We would recommend this property and would stay again if make it back to San Diego.

Very well stocked townhouse. Great walk to the beach from property, Getting to the Zoo, Old Town and Downtown San Diego was so easy. Just know there are stairs! But, having essentially 2 master suites on 2 separate levels makes for great privacy when traveling with another couple. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at the property! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living/dining/kitchen area worked well for us. It's not quite as close to the beach as we thought, based on the description. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance, though, which was great! Our only real complaint was, the master bathroom had some mold.

The house was great. It is a 3 level home with master suite in third floor, kitchen and living area on the second and a full room and bath on entry level. Fully furnished, comfortable beds and a generally nice feel and decor. The location is pretty convenient with only a 10 walk down to PB. The AC works great as well. Not a huge deal but the ad does fail to mention there are some beach items stocked for use like chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. We brought those things assuming we needed to. This was our first VRBO experience as we’ve always booked hotels and I gotta say that this was an experience worth repeating. Overall this was a great vacation house!

It was great! The property was very clean and nice. It was very easy walking distance to our favorite restaurants as well as the walks to the beach. It was really quiet inside at night thanks to the double pane windows. The temperature was very consistent inside as well thank to great insulation. The host is excellent!

Great place in great location

Loved our stay here. We went for a fun girls trip, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. Location is a short walk from the beach and Pacific Beach restaurants and bars. The property manager was always quick to respond and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend!

This property is in a great location and offers all of the amenities anyone would need for a wonderful stay. It is close to lots of stores (Trader's Joe) and new our favourite restaurant, Costa Brava. Manager Lacy is incredibly helpful and communicative, and the property is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend.

Quick family getaway

Took my older kids to San Diego for a quick trip and we had a great visit. This property was good for my older 21+ kids and my teens. We will definitely return.
