This is a cozy, one-bedroom, OCEAN VIEW, condominium on South Mission Beach jetty. Excellent for a cozy couples holiday! This property has a breathtaking view of the beach and jetty. Just sit back on the sofa, or patio, and watch the sea craft coming and going into Mission Bay...along with Dolphins and sea lions...

The moment that you step in the door, you are surrounded by a feeling of relaxation and calm. The bright furnishings and happy decor make it easy to jump right in to a 'leave your troubles behind' mood, and the fact that you are only steps from the Mission Beach and miles of sand and sea bring that feeling into reality!

There is lockbox entry, the code is changed frequently, and is given once you
reserve the unit, along with other check-in information...

This is a completely furnished (cable TV) along with a 42 inch flat screen TV mounted in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. WIFI, with the codes and a recap of all the condo information, restaurants, grocery stores, etc on the bulletin board above the desk in the bedroom. Enjoy Sea World Fireworks during the summer and winter holidays! Smell the salt air, hear the sound of the waves, touch the cool ocean breeze, and feel yourself relax! This will be a memorable vacation stay. Your fun beach condo is just steps to the Sand - approximately 100.

MISSION BEACH, the BOARDWALK, MISSION BAY, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BELMONT PARK (with its roller coaster and wave machine) are just a walk away. SEA WORLD is a five minute drive while SAN DIEGO ZOO, BALBOA PARK, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO with its GAS LAMP DISTRICT and OLD TOWN are within a 15-20 minute drive!

This panoramic ocean view condo is fully furnished, with soft and comfortable linens, kitchen utensils, a queen size bed, will accommodate one small child, In the common area there is a Jacuzzi, laundry room, two built in gas BBQ's, and two beach bikes (for my unit). You can fit up to 2 adults and one small child. This complex is gated, and comes with assigned off street parking which is a must have during the busy times.

Every care has been taken to make you feel like the special and valued guest that you are! I know you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back soon!

Unfortunately, I had to leave this property early due to a serious black mold issue in the unit that caused immediate health symptoms, including shortness of breath, headaches, and confusion. The leaking shower and visible mold were not disclosed prior to check-in, and this made the condo unsafe for occupancy.While the location itself was nice, health and safety must always come first, and under these conditions I could not continue my stay. I was forced to relocate to another hotel on very short notice and at my own expense, which added significant stress and financial burden.In California, it is illegal to charge someone for lodging in a property with known visible black mold. Despite this, the host was reluctant to issue a refund, which created an even more negative experience—especially given that the leaking shower and mold were never advertised or disclosed beforehand.This review is not written out of frustration, but out of genuine concern for future guests. Mold exposure is a serious health hazard. I strongly encourage the host and property management to obtain a full professional mold inspection and complete remediation before allowing anyone else to stay.I sincerely hope this issue is resolved promptly for the safety and well-being of others.

Awesome condo! Great communication with Bunni. Just loved watching the boats come in and out of the bay right from our window and patio! Enjoyed going in the hot tub every evening and such great kitchen facilities to do our own cooking. A big bonus was the assigned parking spot that our SUV was able to fit in. We will be back again to enjoy Mission Bay!

Ocean 10 minute walk one way. Bay 5 minutes the other. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella. Good food walking distance. Parking not bad with mid-size SUV. Just drop off curb backing out. Can get in with some back and forth. Comfy bed.

Great Place - Very Convenient

This place was just as described and the owner was very communicative. Believe her when she says the parking space is small!!! Luckily, we had a Kia Soul, so getting in and out was only difficult if others crowded the space. I highly recommend this rental!!!

Adorable condo

This condo had everything on our check list: water view, sunset view, lanai, designated free parking. It's near the boardwalk and bay park, perfect location for our morining walks. This place is completely updated, very comfortable and cozy, and there's even a cute fireplace. Loved watching the sunsets, the ocean life in the jetty, and Dog beach. Glad we had an economy size car for the small parking space. We truly had an enjoyable vacation at Bunni's condo.

Perfect place for a couple to unwind after a day of sight seeing in the San Diego area. Very clean with lots of amenities and a narrow parking slot (recommend an SUV or van to clear curb to park). Great location near access to beach walking paths and boardwalk.
