This is a NON SMOKING home. No smoking allowed.



This home sleeps 6 in beds and has a maximum occupancy of 8 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.



This home is pet friendly, however only allows 1 dog (no cats) no larger than 40lbs.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays as about flat rate fee.



This home is located in a quiet complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.



All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.



This home is equipped with one security camera inside the garage facing out toward the entrance of the garage coming from the street.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. All guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to their arrival. These will include access instructions and a keypad code to gain access to the keys to enter the home.
